What It Is

A simple way to deal with small skin blemishes.

Lesion removal uses targeted cosmetic technology to lift small, surface-level blemishes off the skin without the recovery time of surgery. Most appointments take well under an hour.

People usually come to us for the everyday things: skin tags catching on collars and jewellery, milia that won’t shift, age spots that have built up over the years, broken capillaries, and similar small surface marks.

What we don’t do is treat anything that should see a doctor first. Every consultation starts with a proper assessment, and if a mark needs a GP or dermatologist opinion, we’ll say so before booking anything.

Important: Cosmetic Treatment Only

This is a cosmetic service for benign, surface-level blemishes. We do not diagnose, biopsy or treat suspicious moles, growths that are changing in size, shape or colour, or anything you have medical concerns about. If a lesion looks unusual or has changed recently, please see your GP first, and bring written sign-off from your doctor or dermatologist before booking with us. We will ask for this if there is any doubt at consultation.

What We Treat

The cosmetic blemishes we work on.

These are the ones we treat regularly. Anything outside this list is a conversation rather than a guaranteed booking.

Skin Tags Small, soft growths that catch on clothing or jewellery, most often on the neck, underarms and eyelids.
Milia Tiny white cysts sitting just under the skin, often around the eyes. They rarely respond to creams or squeezing.
Age Spots & Pigmentation Flat brown or grey patches caused by years of sun exposure, typically on the face, hands and chest.
Cherry Angiomas Small, bright red raised dots. Harmless, but unwelcome when they appear on visible skin.
Broken Capillaries & Thread Veins Tiny visible blood vessels close to the surface of the skin, usually on the cheeks, nose or legs.
Seborrhoeic Keratoses Raised, waxy, brown patches that tend to appear with age. Common, but a nuisance on the face and body.

How It Works

What happens in the chair.

Four steps, from first conversation to walking out with the lesion gone.

1

Free Consultation

We look at the lesion, ask about your medical history, and decide together whether it suits cosmetic removal or whether you need a doctor’s opinion first.

2

Plan & Quote

Once we’ve confirmed you’re suitable, we’ll talk through how the treatment works, what to expect, what aftercare involves, and give you an all-in price up front.

3

The Treatment

Quick and comfortable. Most clients are booked in for 15 to 45 minutes depending on the size and number of lesions. Topical numbing is used where it helps.

4

Healing & Aftercare

You’ll leave with written aftercare and a direct line to us during healing. Most lesions scab over briefly and lift off naturally within a couple of weeks.

The Studio

A clean, calm place to be treated.

Modern, immaculate and properly clinical. The kind of setting a cosmetic treatment should be done in.

Why Hair Savvy

Why clients choose us.

Lesion removal isn’t a treatment to take lightly, and not every cosmetic clinic handles it with the care it deserves. The feedback we hear most often comes down to four things.

Alex carries out every treatment himself, start to finish.
We screen properly, and we’ll send you to a doctor if that’s the right call.
The studio is modern, immaculate and clinical in its standards.
Pricing is given up front, so you know what you’re paying before any work starts.
Frequently Asked

Lesion removal: your questions answered.

Is it painful?
For most clients, no. Any discomfort is mild and brief, and people often describe it as a quick warm prickle. Where it helps, we apply a topical numbing cream before treatment.
Will it leave a scar?
The aim is always minimal marking, and most small cosmetic lesions heal cleanly with no visible trace. Larger or deeper lesions can leave a faint mark while the skin settles. We’ll be honest with you about what to expect at your consultation.
Can you remove moles?
No. Moles can need medical assessment, and a cosmetic clinic isn’t the right place for them. Always see a GP or dermatologist about any mole concern, including changes in size, shape, colour or sensation.
What if a lesion isn’t suitable for cosmetic removal?
We’ll tell you at your consultation and we won’t book the treatment. Sometimes that means recommending you see your GP first, or referring you to a dermatologist. We’d rather lose a booking than treat something we shouldn’t.
How quickly will it heal?
Most small lesions form a tiny scab within a day or two, which lifts off naturally over the following one to two weeks. Larger areas can take a little longer. You’ll get full written aftercare to follow.
How much does it cost?
It depends on the type, number and size of lesions being treated. You’ll get a clear, all-in quote at the end of your free consultation, with no pressure to book on the day.
Is there anyone who can’t have this treatment?
Yes, and we go through this properly at consultation. Common reasons we wouldn’t proceed include pregnancy, certain skin conditions in the treatment area, recent sun exposure or tanning, certain medications, or any lesion that needs medical assessment first.
Do you offer free consultations?
Yes, and there’s no pressure to book at the end of one. We’d rather talk you out of a treatment that isn’t right for you, and you’ll leave with useful information either way.
